A transmissão da NFS-e apresentou inconsistência de validação junto ao WebService da Prefeitura devido à presença de caracteres especiais no arquivo XML.

Solução:
Realizada a análise dos dados da nota e identificados os caracteres conflitantes. Efetuada a limpeza manual dos campos afetados, substituindo símbolos por descrições em texto simples. Após a correção e salvamento do cadastro/item, a nota foi retransmitida e autorizada com sucesso.
